    An engineer who works inside your team: learns the real process, decides the architecture and builds the agent that solves the workflow in production. They speak both languages, business and engineering, and answer for the result on your systems.
  • Do you work on site or remotely?
    Both models. On-site sessions for the mapping and the milestones, and the day-to-day inside your channels and rituals. As if we were in the office next door.
  • How long until the first agent is in production?
    The audit closes in 2 weeks with the chosen case and its metric. The first agent goes into production in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on integrations. Fixed cost per sprint.
  • Who owns the code, the prompts and the integrations?
    The client. NDA before the first technical session, and all the IP —code, prompts, evals and integrations— stays in your repository.
  • What happens when the agent hits a case it does not cover?
    It escalates to the person in charge with full context and the case enters the eval suite. Every exception that shows up widens the coverage of the next iteration.
