    A technical report with prioritized findings (cost, impact, and risk), SonarQube metrics, current and proposed architecture diagrams, ADRs, and an actionable sprint-level roadmap. No decorative PDFs.
  • Microservices or modular monolith?
    It depends on the domain and the team. Microservices when there are clear bounded contexts and real load that justifies the operational cost. Modular monolith when it brings more speed and less friction. We decide with case data.
  • How do you measure technical debt?
    We combine static analysis (SonarQube, cyclomatic complexity, duplication), test coverage, coupling metrics, and team interviews. Each hotspot is cross-referenced with delivery velocity to estimate real cost.
  • Can you support the implementation?
