Sector challenges

Machinery integration

Connection with PLCs, sensors, and SCADA systems using industrial protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus).

Real-time processing

Ingestion and analysis of large volumes of sensor data with minimal latency for immediate decision-making.

Industrial dashboards

Visualization of production KPIs, energy efficiency, and machinery status in real time.

Predictive maintenance

Analysis models that anticipate machinery failures before they occur, reducing unplanned downtime.

DELIVERABLES

What we deliver in industry

Software measured on the plant floor. Every release reaches production with observability, alerts, and end-to-end traceability.

Real-time SCADA dashboards

Visualization of OEE, throughput, energy consumption, and machine status with sub-second refresh over MQTT and OPC-UA.

PLC and sensor integration

Robust gateways to Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Beckhoff PLCs. Local buffering against network outages and exponential retries.

Predictive maintenance

Time-series models with automatic alerts and adaptive thresholds per production line.

FAQ

What they ask before signing

Common questions on industrial projects.

  • How do you handle network outages on the plant floor?
Local buffering on the gateway with exponential retries and a persistent queue. When the network is restored, the backfill is timestamp-ordered and validated against already-computed KPIs.
  • What latency do you achieve over MQTT/OPC-UA?
Telemetry at 2-3k messages per second with p95 below 50ms on the internal bus. Dashboards refresh in less than a second over WebSocket channels.
  • Do you work on cloud or on-premise?
Both. Edge on the plant for low latency and resilience, cloud for aggregation, predictive models, and corporate dashboards. Sync via Kafka.
